General Scope of Work/Duties:

In-house lawyer role is to ensure a healthy and cooperative work environment and minimize legal and labor disputes and conflicts. The candidate must be an experienced legal manager or lawyer who has mastered international and local laws.

Duties and Responsibilities-

1. Being the critical point of contact, handling and providing legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues, compliance with law and regulations, news and articles on legal;
2. Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
3. Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
7. Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
8. Develop strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors.
9. Any other duties delegated by the superior or inline senior management.

Education

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.

Experience/Competencies/Skills:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in the legal department or corporate law.
  • Solid Law Background.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple estates
  • Interpersonal Skills,
  • Good Communication & Social Skills,
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources Policies/Procedures/Processes/Practices will be a plus.
  • Endearing Behaviour,
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Ability to live in a remote environment
